Once you've registered your account with Respectmart, you'll receive an onboarding link via email. This link will direct you to a secure portal where you can provide your business details and configure your shipping preferences
Step-by-Step Onboarding Process
Business Information:
- Enter your business owner's full name.
- Provide your business email address and phone number.
- Input your business address.
- Upload your business logo.
- Choose a corporate color that best represents your brand.
Shipping Solution Configuration:
- Preferred URL: Create a custom URL for your business on Respectmart's platform. For instance, if your business name is Godaddy, you could choose a URL like "godaddy.respectmart.com".
- Payout Account Info: Enter your bank details, including your bank name and account number.
- Shipping Routes: Select the regions you want to offer shipping to. Respectmart offers a wide range of options, including the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Holland, Nigeria, and more.
Pricing and Matrix:
- Measurement Units: Specify your preferred units for weight (kilograms or pounds) and dimensions (centimeters or inches).
- Pricing Currency: Choose your preferred currency for displaying prices (USD, GBP, CAD, EUR, NGN, GHS, XOF).
- Pricing Details: Enter your pricing structure, including price per pound, price per kilogram, and any additional pricing information.
- Insurance: Set your insurance value percentage.
- Submit and Wait for Approval
