Guide to Managing Purchase Requests on Respectmart

In this article, we will guide you through viewing and creating purchase requests on the Respectmart admin dashboard.
- Start by logging into your Respectmart account.
- Go to the sidebar, click on Purchase Request, then select All Requests. This will display a list of all purchase requests you have made.

Each purchase request will include details such as:
- Invoice Number
- Number of Items
- Amount Paid
- Payment Status
- Date Created
- Actions (Edit, Delete)

Search and Filter:
You can search for a particular purchase request by invoice number, amount paid, or other relevant information.
Creating a New Purchase Request
- Initiate New Request: Click on Create New Request from the sidebar.
- Enter Receiver's Information: You can select an existing receiver or manually enter the receiver’s details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Country
- State
- City
- Address Line

Enter Package Details: Fill in the necessary package details:
- Product Link
- Product Code
- Price
- Insurance
- Special Instructions
- Quantity
- Use the Add More button to add additional packages if needed.
- Use the Delete icon to remove any unnecessary package entries.

Review and Submit: Once you’ve entered all relevant information, click on View Invoice to review the purchase request. Ensure all details are correct before submitting.
