Guide to Managing Purchase Requests on Respectmart

In this article, we will guide you through viewing and creating purchase requests on the Respectmart admin dashboard.


Viewing Purchase Requests


  •  Start by logging into your Respectmart account.
  • Go to the sidebar, click on Purchase Request, then select All Requests. This will display a list of all purchase requests you have made.
Each purchase request will include details such as:
  • Invoice Number
  • Number of Items
  • Amount Paid
  • Payment Status
  • Date Created
  • Actions (Edit, Delete)
Search and Filter:


You can search for a particular purchase request by invoice number, amount paid, or other relevant information.

Creating a New Purchase Request

  1. Initiate New Request: Click on Create New Request from the sidebar.
  2. Enter Receiver's Information: You can select an existing receiver or manually enter the receiver’s details:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Country
    • State
    • City
    • Address Line
Enter Package Details: Fill in the necessary package details:
  • Product Link
  • Product Code
  • Price
  • Insurance
  • Special Instructions
  • Quantity
  • Use the Add More button to add additional packages if needed.
  • Use the Delete icon to remove any unnecessary package entries.
Review and Submit: Once you’ve entered all relevant information, click on View Invoice to review the purchase request. Ensure all details are correct before submitting.
