Creating Coupons in the Admin Dashboard

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps to create coupons on the Respectmart admin dashboard. Follow the instructions below to create and manage your coupons efficiently.
Log into your admin dashboard. Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the Coupons card.
On the Coupons card, you will see an option to view the list of existing coupons. If you have already created coupons, they will be listed here.
Click on the "Create Coupon" Button: If you have not created any coupons yet, or if you want to create a new one, click on the "Create Coupon" button.
Enter Coupon Details:
Name: Give your coupon a name. For example, if you are creating a New Year discount coupon, name it "New Year Discount Coupon".
Coupon Value: Enter the discount value. For instance, if you want to offer a 12% discount, set the value to 12% and choose "Percentage".
Starting Date: Select the start date for the coupon. For example, choose 4th July 2024.
Ending Date: Select the end date for the coupon. For example, choose 5th July 2024.
Total Usage: Enter the total number of times the coupon can be used. For instance, if you want it to be used 10 times in total, enter 10.
Usage per Customer: Specify how many times a single customer can use the coupon. Ideally, set it to 1 to ensure each customer can use the coupon only once.
Save Changes: Once all the details are filled out, click on the "Save Changes" button to save the coupon. This action will add the coupon to your list of coupons.
Close: If you are not comfortable with the changes or want to cancel, click on the "Close" button.
After saving, go back to the coupon list table to see the newly created coupon. It will appear with the name "New Year Discount Coupon", along with a coupon code that you can send to your customers. This code allows customers to apply the discount to their shipments.
