Starting New Shipments on the Admin Dashboard

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps to start new shipments using the admin dashboard. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Accessing the Start New Shipments Page
Open the My Shipments page from the menu bar.
Click on Start New Shipments.

Filling in the Sender's Information
You will be directed to a page where you need to enter the sender's information. Fill in the following details:
Sender's Name
Phone Number
Email
Country
State
Zip Code
City
Address Line
Once you have filled out all these fields, click on the Next button.

Entering the Receiver's Information
In the next step, fill in the receiver's information. After completing this section, click Next to proceed.
Providing Shipping Information
Now, you need to fill out the shipping information:
Pickup Date: Select the pickup date.
Item Dimensions: Enter the length, width, height (in centimeters), and weight (in kilograms) of the item.
Extra Information: Provide any additional information that might be helpful for shipping the item.
Category: Select the category of the item (e.g., phone, tablet, computer, camera, accessory, or other).
Item Value: Enter the value of the item in either Nigerian Naira or US Dollars.
Insurance: Check the insurance box if the item is insured.

Finalizing the Shipment
Review all the entered information to ensure accuracy.
Once satisfied, click on the Next button.
This will redirect you to the courier section where you can select the courier for the shipment.

Click on “Next” to continue to proceed to the invoice section. Here you will see the total cost of shipping, the handler fees, any additional cost and other peices of helpful information.
You can view this invoice or print it out if you wish.
