Managing Purchase Requests on the Admin Dashboard

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to manage purchase requests on the admin dashboard. Follow these instructions to effectively handle all purchase requests made on your website.
Log into your main dashboard on Respectmart.
Navigate to the menu bar.
Locate and click on Purchases.
Select Purchase Requests and then click on All Purchase Requests.

Viewing Purchase Requests
Once you access the purchase requests section, you will see a table containing data for all the purchase requests made on your website. The table includes the following columns:
Invoice: The invoice number for the purchase request.
Number of Items: The total number of items requested.
Amount Paid: The total amount paid for the purchase request.
Payment Status: The status of the payment (e.g., paid, pending).
Date Created: The date when the purchase request was created.
Actions: Options to manage each purchase request.

Managing Purchase Requests
In the actions column, you can perform the following tasks:
Pay: Proceed to make a payment for the purchase request.
Edit: Click on the edit button to modify the purchase request details.
Delete: Click on the delete link to remove the purchase request from the system.

Navigating Through Entries
At the bottom of the table, you can navigate through different entries of purchase requests using pagination controls.

Exporting Purchase Request Data
To export the data for purchase requests:
Choose a start and end date to define the period for the data you want to export.
Click on the Export button.
This will export the selected data as a CSV file, which you can edit or analyze using Microsoft Excel or any other spreadsheet application.
